The story, or an account of connected events. Like the plot of a movie.
In the landscape we can also have a physical narration using spatial relationships
Why use it?
Can be used to help understand the site, its use and how your design will affect it.
As a design and exploration tool
To help communicate your design. You can use narrative to describe how the family comes home enters the garden and moves through it to the front door. Or, how they use the outdoor dining area.
