GARDEN DESIGN CHALLENGE - Formal

Design challenge for use of colour in gardens

Brief

Terry and Jan have a newly built small townhouse in Clifton Hill, Melbourne. The backyard is a blank slate apart from 1 mature small tree in the North-west corner.

They want to create a space that:

- Provides produce

- Stimulates the senses but has a very simple and cohesive colour palette

- Allows them to entertain in groups up to twelve for formal dinners

- has somewhere that you can read and feel private with a bit of sun on you through the afternoon

Kids have left the house but visit for dinner once a fortnight.

Attached to well designed and built furniture e.g. Danish mid-century minimalist furniture.

Gates open to an alley out the back.

Outputs

A collection of images showing the mood of your theme
